Description:

 

 

The aim of this course is to give an introduction to several well-known and fundamental positivity results in algebraic and Kahler geometry. We will discuss the Kahler cone of a compact Kahler manifolds, volume function for (1,1) cohomology classes and its properties, duality of positive cones, etc.

 

 

 

Prerequisite:

 

 

Basics in complex geometry and several complex variables
