Introductory course on Feynman amplitudes. Topics to include
(I)                Graphs and graph hypersurfaces
(II)             algebraic geometry associated to periods and motives
(III)          vanishing cycles and dispersion relations in physics
(IV)          QFT and the low energy limit for string theory
 
 
Prerequisite:
 
Some knowledge of complex manifolds, differential forms, and elementary homology and cohomology for topological spaces.
