Course description:

 

D-module theory is related to many branches of modern mathematics, for example singularities of topological space, representation theory of Lie group and Lie algebra, mathematical physics and so on. We will discuss the basics of algebraic theory of D-modules and some applications to representation theory.

Basics of algebraic variety, coherent sheaves, derived category
